Ski Resort Špindlerův Mlýn / Svatý Petr

The Špindlerův Mlýn ski resort offers skiing in five resorts – Svatý Petr, Hromovka, Medvědín, Horní Mísečky and Labská – on 27 km of ski slopes. Each area fulfills different characters and difficulty levels of downhill slopes, which are artificially snowed during low snowfall. The ski resorts Svatý Petr, Medvědín and Labská are also connected by a regular ski bus line.

Descriptions of the slopes

Svatý Petr
Svatý Petr is the most important sports center in Špindlerův Mlýn. Every year many major and international sporting events are held here. Svatý Petr offers high quality, technically snowed, daily groomed slopes for demanding skiers and beginners. The local downhill tracks are the best in the Czech Republic in terms of altitude and grooming.

Medvědín
The Medvědín ski resort, which is connected to the Horní Mísečky ski resort by a cable car, is increasingly in demand by skiers who enjoy relaxed skiing on sunny slopes. There is a very good black ski slope, intended mainly for sport skiing, and a red ski slope with a width of up to 60 meters, which is one of the widest slopes in the Czech Republic.

Horní Mísečky
The Horní Mísečky area is an ideal place for beginners. It offers both ski lifts and a 4-seater chairlift leading from Horní Mísečky to Medvědín, as well as well-maintained slopes and a snow park. Thanks to the cable car, the waiting time at check-in has been reduced and overall this area offers much more comfort for transportation and skiing.

Hromovka
The gateway to the Špindlerův Mlýn ski resort is the Hromovka area, which will greet you as soon as you arrive in the mountain town. Four-seater chairlift is located 50 m from the central parking lot and connects – blue and red slopes – Hromovka and Svatý Petr ski resort. Long rugged slopes are very popular with experienced skiers. Fans of night skiing will find here one of the longest and best lit slopes in the Czech Republic.

Labská
The smaller spa town of Labská is located on the Elbe embankment at the beginning of Špindlerův Mlýn. The three-seater chairlift with red ski slope, which winds through the forest and between the huts, is an ideal place for families, cross-country skiers and hikers looking for winter beauty. A regular ski bus line (Hromovka, Svatý Petr, Medvědín) provides connection with other ski resorts.

SPICYSNOW FREESTYLERS MEET HERE: Snowpark Svatý Petr

The snowpark at the top of the St. Peter double chairlifts. The park is designed for beginners, but also for advanced freestylers. The park has its own ski lift, is 500 m long and has many fixed obstacles (rails and boxes) connected to a series of jumps built with safety and maximum efficiency in mind.

Half Pipe Svatý Petr
The largest halfpipe in the Czech Republic is always excellent for all Daredevil snowboarders and also for freestyle skiers. You can enjoy the ramp from one side to the other while performing the best tricks, an opportunity for every rider in Svatý Petr.

Funtrack Hromovka
Waves, sleepers, riding on boxes and rails, that’s what Funtrack Hromovka offers. For all skiers and snowboarders a great park for a change on the slopes. For beginners and advanced skiers – a great place to learn new tricks and have fun.
